Project Transfer of innovative techniques on human resources development and management in small businesses

The overall objective of the project Transfer of innovative techniques on human resources development and management in small businesses is to create a platform facilitating the partners and the target groups under the project to use the EQUAL experience and to exchange ideas and plans for the most efficient use of ESF financing in the fields of employment and good management of projects and programmes. The project is implemented with the financial assistance of Human Resources Development Operational programme, co-financed by the European Social Fund of the European UnionGrant BG051PO001-7.0.01 - „Without Borders – Component 1”.
 
Specific objectives of the project:
  • Setting the beginning of cooperation in the field of services provision for small businesses;
  • Identification and transfer of innovative management techniques in human resources management within small businesses in Bulgaria, partially or fully owned by foreign investors;
  • Application of the Italian experience in the use of European Social Fund financing for provision of integrated business support to small businesses.  
The project starts on 02.04.2012 and ends on 2.04.2013 г. Beneficiary – Bulgaria Economic Forum, partner – Unioncamere di Veneto, Italy.
 
Target groups of the project are representatives of the following types of small businesses:
  • Companies that have not been beneficiaries under the European Social Fund;
  • Companies in Bulgaria partially or fully owned by foreign investors.
